At Precision Single Ply L. L. C. we believe that integrity does matter. For that reason we do not install every type of roof that exists. We work only on flat or low slope roofs. By doing this we eliminate many types of roofing that we have to be experts about. This leaves only low slope roofing materials to be knowledgeable about. From this group of materials we have chosen the materials we feel are the best. Therefore we have chosen to install only single ply membranes that include EPDM, TPO, and PVC.
All three of these membranes have track records extending from 10 to 40+ years. Generally there is no minimum slope requirements. There are also many different methods of installation. These membranes are available in widths from four (4) foot wide to fifty(50) foot wide by one hundred(100) foot long. The method of installation and material chosen will determine the size of sheet to be used. Some membranes are also available in different colors.
